Yubei Factory of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is the birthplace of Changan autonomous cars and the first autonomous car production base of Changan.
Factory was established in October 2004, covers an area of about 750 mu, construction area of about 255 mu.
The total investment of the factory is 2.8 billion yuan, and the annual designed production capacity is 280,000 units, which has made outstanding contributions to the sales of Chinese brand cars.
The factory has two bases (Yubei Base, fish mouth base), six functional departments and four process workshops, employing a total of more than 8,000 people.

This project has an annual output of 30,000 multi-functional commercial vehicles, which is another large-scale application site of Hongcheng Silicon Carbide (SiC) module power supply after Nanning Union and Hefei Volkswagen.

The project adopts high-performance silicon carbide (SiC) module power supply (SiC 100A/400V) independently developed by Hongcheng Company. The product adopts the third generation semiconductor power chip with high power, low loss, high reliability and low heat dissipation performance. 第六届汽车车身涂装工程发展论坛圆满落幕，共讨汽车涂装未来发展趋势

    2018年7月2-3日，车身工程系列论坛 Car Body Painting 2018 第六届汽车车身涂装工程发展论坛在上海卓美亚喜玛拉雅酒店圆满落幕，保定宏诚变流器作为本届论坛的赞助商之一参与了此次会议，并进行了电泳涂漆安全节能解决新方案——HC-MACS（IGBT模块电源）应用的演讲。

    本次大会聚焦智能化绿色涂装工厂、新型材料全新喷涂解决方案、涂装车间节能降耗、绿色环保、数字化工厂规划等车身涂装新工艺、新设备、新技术及面临的机遇与挑战，吸引了大会通过演讲报告、峰会讨论、展品展示等多种形式为供应商和技术专家们提供了以技术交流为基础，商务对接为核心的绝佳平台。

     2017中国涂装产业年会暨新型涂装工艺技术及绿色升级涂装产品高端研讨会，于11月23-25日在北京隆重召开。

      此次会议以“携手共建、绿水青山”为年会主题，同期评选发布涂装行业“最美涂装环保企业”“优秀涂装工程师”奖项！会议邀请了国务院、工信部、科技部、环保部、行业协会，四院，九院，一汽大众，北汽福田，中国一拖，三一重机，北汽新能源，奇瑞汽车，重庆长安，中通客车，山东大学等众多单位、企业共计260余人参加。

     在年会上，我司总经理袁世锋先生以“涂装电泳安全及节能的解决新方案——IGBT模块电源”为题进行了演讲，重点介绍了IGBT模块电源的发展，原理及应用。现场展示了保定宏诚为汽车涂装行业服务过的项目成果。

    模块化电源即节电、省电泳漆、省去了功率补偿及阳极分流箱的投资成本等。多家汽车厂家产生了浓厚的兴趣，表示愿意在新建项目中及改造项目中与宏诚合作，并对宏诚“智能电源的发展”提出更大愿景。宏诚团队感到肩负着汽车涂装技术发展使命，斗志昂扬，希望对汽车涂装技术多贡献一份力。

    为活跃员工身心、丰富业余生活、增强团队精神，我公司于2017年9月9日组织公司员工进行了半天的野三坡拓展训练和半天的百里峡景区游览。

    上午八点半，我们到达位于野三坡与百里峡中心地界的拓展基地——清泉山，我们的拓展活动“破冰起航”。

    首先我们进行了拓展前的热身活动，两个简单的小游戏消除了大家彼此间的陌生感，活跃了气氛。然后，大家被教练分成两组，并被要求在半小时内选出队长，取队名，定口号，绘制队旗，选定队歌并摆出团队造型。大家都集思广益，分工合作，各显其能。

第一个项目：破冰起航：

    大家分成两组坐在地上，为自己前方的人捏肩捶背，然后转身向后轮换。游戏迅速消除了员工们的陌生感，营造了很好的拓展氛围，奠定了团队建设的基础。

    抓手指游戏充分调动大家的兴奋度，增加大家的参与程度，提高团队的凝聚力，检验大家的反应能力。通过这个游戏让所有人员注意力高度集中起来，抛开其他所有思维，能更快的让大家进入到一天紧张的工作当中来。

    捏鼻子游戏通过让大家双手交叉旋转来捏住自己的鼻子，然后再双手反转使两只手分离。通过这个游戏使大家认识到有些时候需要打破自己的固有思维，就像双手交叉这个动作一样，手指位置不一样，最后的结果也不一样。

    接下来的项目教练把大家随机分成了两组，并分组讨论队名、口号和队歌，最后进行队形展示。

第二个项目是蛟龙出海：

     蛟龙出海是一个团队配合的项目，全队的伙伴用绑腿绳将脚连在一块，横向一排。通过侧行和前行规定的路线，在尽量少的时间内从起点到达终点。在这个项目中，团队配合是至关重要的，如何调整自己与团队的步伐，称为团队成功的关键。

    

比赛马上开始了

    

比赛中输了的王者必胜队接受惩罚——“人家下次一定要赢哦！”

    最后一项是智慧七巧板，这个游戏看起来很简单，但是由于分成的七个小组都有各自的任务，游戏开始前各小组也没有一起读任务卡，在刚开始的一段时间里，都处于各自为王的状态，专注于自身的工作任务。在这个过程中，我们忽略了太多的因素。明确的目标，充分的沟通交流，执行力。一开始就各自闷头做事，不知道整个团队的目标，更没有做到充分的沟通交流，即使在游戏进行一半的时候才知道团队的目标，而这个目标却没有得到彻底的执行。各个小组之间没有充分的交流，导致各忙各的，有的甚至连七巧板片片都得到不到，白白耽误时间。这一点在实际的工作中，又何尝不是呢。公司就是一个大团队，全体员工都要明确我们共同的目标，然后各个部门围绕着这个目标，去调动本部门的资源，分工协调，有效沟通，并以很好的的执行力最终完成公司的目标。

    没有灵魂的团队，就像盘散沙，不可想象。几个集体游戏如果没有人指挥，没有简单的谋划，没有人付出和奉献，在有限的时间里将如何去完成？工作中又何尝不是如此呢？团队不仅仅是几个人，几十个人，甚至几百个人，几千个人站在一起就能称为团队，而且在团队中还需要成员之间的团结，协作和默契，相互的信任等一系列诸多因素的集合，才能称为团队。通过这种拓展训练项目，也使我们员工成为一个真正能够发现问题、解决问题的战略团队，大家各司其职、各负其责，在训练过程中不断形成一种默契，由原来松散的个体磨合成为一个能够冲破任何防线的团队。

     结束了上午半天的拓展训练，下午我们来到了野三坡独具特色的景区被誉为“天下第一峡”的百里峡景区进行自由活动。

    开心的时光总是过得特别快，下午五点半我们开始返程，本次活动圆满结束。但美好的记忆和愉快的心情被带回来了，大家的身心得到放松和调整，同事之间增进了解，营造了团结、活跃、奋进的氛围，而且还将延续着。在以后的工作中，这些快乐将更加激励大家努力向前，为公司创造优秀的成绩！
